Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

If you've had a change of heart, here's how you can initiate a return for a refund:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us at alisa@thailandvsglobe.com or use our Contact Us form to request a refund.
  • Timeframe: Make sure it's within 14 days since the item was delivered.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (like perfume), and still sporting its tags or in its original packaging. Please note that our warehouse team will inspect each piece, and if it doesn't meet these criteria, a refund won't be issued.
  • Hygiene Sticker: Swimwear must retain its hygiene sticker.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Regrettably, certain items can't be returned:

  • Sale items or items purchased during sale periods
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, snacks, and skincare)
  • Earrings

Note that we do not accept returns for items damaged by general wear and tear.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Consequently, if a return is lost or stolen in transit, it's the customer's responsibility. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that Thailand's remoteness incurs higher shipping costs, and we've absorbed some of these costs when you made your purchase. Thus, the return shipping cost may differ from what you initially saw on our page.

Refund Process

We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you'll receive an email notification once it's completed.

Exchanges

For those looking to exchange an item, here's what you need to do:

  • Timeframe: Ensure it's within 14 days since the item was delivered.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (like perfume), and still sporting its tags or in its original packaging. Swimwear must retain its hygiene sticker. Note that sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please keep in mind that we can't guarantee the availability of the size or style you desire.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us; we do not provide return labels.

Faults

If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team at alisa@thailandvsglobe.com or through our Contact Us form, including photos of the item.
