Shipping Info

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we're shipping exclusively to the United States and Australia. You can check the shipping rates during the checkout process, right within the shipping options dropdown.

Standard & Expedited Shipping

For standard shipping, we partner with reliable carriers like USPS and Thailand Post. For expedited shipping, we partner with the top shipping agent in Thailand, Fastship, that specializes in swift and reliable deliveries to your destination. You'll receive email and text updates on your parcel's journey, including a reminder on the day it's scheduled to arrive. Please note that some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. We kindly ask customers to ensure prompt parcel collection to avoid any issues with returned orders, for which we do not take responsibility.

Free shipping

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to certain bulky products and heavily discounted items, such as woodcraft.

Shipping Costs

Thailand, being a remote location, incurs high shipping charges for us. To make it easier on you, we absorb some of these shipping costs to reduce the overall shipping fees.  You can check the shipping rates during the checkout process, right within the shipping options dropdown.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and choose to return or refund items, the refunded amount will be minus the actual shipping cost incurred.

Shipping Times

Shipping times provided are estimates, and Thailand vs. Globe Store cannot be held responsible if actual delivery times differ from the stated estimates. You can also check the shipping times  during the checkout process, right within the shipping options dropdown.

Business Days + Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Thailand public holidays. All orders will be processed and sent to the post office within 1-3 business days.

Return to Sender

Thailand vs. Globe Store does not accept responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender or for parcels with incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, the cost to reship it will be at the customer's expense.

Incorrect Address

If you've accidentally provided the wrong address, please email us immediately at alisa@thailandvsglobe.com. If your parcel has already been shipped, we'll do our best to redirect it through USPS or Thailand Post. However, redirection may not always be possible. In such cases, the cost to reship the parcel will be borne by the customer.

Import Liabilities and Taxes

Please be aware that Thailand vs. Globe Store does not cover import liabilities that may be imposed by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Customers are responsible for staying informed about any customs duties and taxes assessed by their country's postal authority.
