4. Receive Your Itinerary: Approximately 1-2 weeks after questionnaire submission, we'll send you your tailor-made itinerary, a personalized map, and any additional documents to ensure your vacation goes off without a hitch!
   
5. Inquiries and Adjustments: Have questions about your trip or need reasonable changes to your itinerary? No problem! You can reach out up to one week before your arrival in Thailand. Your satisfaction is our priority!

1. Confirmed Arrival and Departure Details: Please provide us with your arrival and departure days and times to ensure accurate planning.
2. Email Access: Your daily itinerary and associated documents will be delivered to your email in PDF format. This enables you to conveniently print them or download them to your computer, tablet, or phone for easy access while on the go.
   
3.  Google Account and Google Maps App: To access the interactive map we provide, you must have a Google account and download the Google Maps app. Detailed instructions for accessing the map will be included in your deliverables.

Important Notes

1. Trip Lead Time: To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, please note that we do not accept trips scheduled to begin in less than 3 weeks. This lead time allows us to thoroughly process your questionnaire, meticulously craft your itinerary, and make revisions as needed to meet your preferences. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and this time frame ensures we can deliver an exceptional experience. 
2. Travel Arrangements: We do not handle bookings for airfare, rental cars, accommodations, or tours on your behalf.

• If you've already secured accommodations, we will tailor your itinerary around these locations.
• If you require lodging suggestions, we're happy to provide a list of options based on your preferences.
• For tour suggestions, we can offer guidance based on online reviews. It's worth noting that our local expertise primarily pertains to tours commonly used by locals for group outings.
